(Sigue leyendo para encontrar la reseña en español)One of the reasons why I requested this book is because it takes place in a different country and I love foreign murder mysteries. I won’t say that this was the best crime story that I’ve ever read, but it certainly didn’t disappoint me and I had a great time reading it.
The mystery was interesting and I liked that I couldn’t guess everything from the very beginning. It was also a very fast read. This book is not particularly long, but that’s not the only reason. It kept me wanting to reach the end without putting it down.
The one thing that I didn’t like is that this is another book where the main detective doesn’t have a good life. Sure, his life is not as bad as other fictional detectives’ lives and I’m sure that there are many people like him, but it does get tiring after a reading many novels where this is the case.

Una de las razones por las que elegí este libro es que tiene lugar en otro país y me gustan mucho las novelas de crímenes extranjeras. No es la mejor novela negra que he leído, pero no me decepcionó y pasé un muy buen rato leyéndola.
El misterio es interesante y me gustó que no pudiera adivinarlo todo desde el principio. Además, se lee muy rápido. Este libro no es especialmente largo, pero ésta no es la única razón. Hizo que deseara llegar al final sin parar en ningún momento.
Lo único que no me gustó tanto es que es otro libro más en el que el detective protagonista no tiene una buena vida. La suya no es tan mala como la de otros detectives de ficción y seguro que hay muchas personas como él, pero cansa si has leído una novela tras otra en la que aparecen personajes de este tipo.
