4,5 stars.This book is definitely better than the last one and it was a very good ending to a great series.
I loved that the romance remained a subplot and never got in the way of the main plot. It is important, as the relationships between angels and humans, especifically the romantic relationships, are a big part of the situation, but it doesn't slow down the action.
